The next Olympics will take place in London 2012 and MPI is keen to learn from the Vancouver community on how to make the most of the Olympic opportunities.

Panel members including Visit London and the Vancouver Convention Centre will share their opinion on how to make the most of an Olympic experience.

This is a must attend event for anyone interested in learning more about what the Olympics may mean for the event industry.

Chaired by Tracy Halliwell from Visit London the speakers will share their learnings of experiencing Vancouver 2010. The panel will include Clare Smith from the Vancouver Convention Centre who will share their learnings on being an Olympic supplier. Other panelists include: Jill Savery (Bioregional) and Dr. Keith Gilbert (University of East London).

Event outcomes:
1. Attendees will hear tips on making the most of an Olympic opportunity
2. Attendees will learn how the MPI community in Vancouver benefited from an Olympic games
3. Attendees will have the chance to ask questions to a panel who have experienced the Olympics
